Stratagraph Energy Group Welcomes Kimberly Biggs As The New Oklahoma Business Development Manager

LAFAYETTE, La. December 5, 2025 – Stratagraph Energy Group is pleased to announce the addition of Kimberly Biggs as Business Development Manager, supporting the company’s continued focus on client relationships and business development efforts across key U.S. basins.
Kimberly brings more than a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a background in business development, field and corporate sales, and relationship management. She has worked closely with operators and service partners and is familiar with the objectives and workflows that guide drilling, completion, and production activities.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has supported the introduction and adoption of technical services across multiple regions. Her experience includes developing new customer relationships, supporting contractual agreements, and working across a range of onshore basins in the United States.
She has engaged with customers at both the field and corporate levels, providing her with a practical understanding of how services are evaluated and applied in operating environments. Her basin experience includes the Mid-Continent, Permian Basin, Rockies, Williston Basin, and Appalachia.
“Kimberly brings industry experience and a strong understanding of operator needs,” said Stratagraph CEO William Hagan. “Her background working with field and office teams aligns well with Stratagraph’s approach to supporting informed decision-making.”
In her role as Business Development Manager, Kimberly will work with Stratagraph’s clients and internal teams to support business development activities and ongoing relationships.
Kimberly holds a degree from Texas Tech University and is a U.S. Army Reserves veteran, having served as a Civil Affairs Specialist.
